Remote Online Notarization, or RON, is the use of audio/visual technology, by a commissioned notary public, to complete a notarial act when the principal is not in the same physical location as the notary public.

How it Works

1. After booking your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment and a link to your meeting page.
2. Complete automated ID verification. (View Instructions)
3. During your meeting, you will need to show the notary your ID and physically sign your documents on camera.
(Please have your ID ready and your document printed before the meeting.)
4. Lastly, scan & upload the signed document using the “Your Uploaded Documents” section of your meeting page.

You’ll receive the notarized document(s) back via email.

Note(s):

** All signers must be within the US during the notarization. **
If you are outside of the states, use our International Notarization option.

All signers must be in the same physical location.
If you have signers in multiple locations, use our Electronic Notarization option
