USVN does not use biometric information for the purpose of independently identifying individuals outside of the identity verification and fraud prevention processes associated with the Services. However, certain third-party identity verification providers may utilize facial comparison technologies, liveness detection systems, automated review systems, machine learning technologies, or artificial intelligence systems as part of their verification and fraud prevention processes.
Sensitive personal information and verification-related information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, legal, compliance, evidentiary, audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, security, business continuity, and regulatory purposes, including after your account is closed or your use of the Services ends.
USVN may disclose personal information, sensitive information, recordings, documents, or verification-related information when reasonably necessary to:
(i) comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, governmental request, or legal process;

Right to Deletion
