Conduct online notarization sessions through our platform while providing a smooth, professional, and efficient client experience.
US Virtual Notary is seeking a professional, reliable, and tech-savvy Electronic Notary Public (eNotary) to join our in-house team.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and can confidently manage notarization appointments through our online video platform.
You will be responsible for conducting remote notarizations, assisting clients through the process, and ensuring each session is handled with professionalism and accuracy.
Conduct remote notarization sessions using video conferencing software
Guide clients through the signing and notarization process
Verify identity and ensure compliance with New York notary laws
Maintain professionalism and composure with all clients (including difficult situations)
Troubleshoot basic technical issues during sessions
Accurately complete and manage notarized documents
Active New York Notary Public Commission (Required)
Valid Electronic Notary (eNotary) Authorization (Required)
E&O Insurance (Required)
Strong computer skills and comfort with video/chat technology
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly punctual, organized, and dependable
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Islip, NY during one of the following shifts:
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
(Some flexibility may be required depending on business needs)
In-person (office-based role)
Structured schedule with consistent appointment flow
Technology-driven workflow (video + digital documents)
Must be able to relocate to or commute to Islip, NY 11751 before starting
Must be comfortable working evening or overnight shifts
