How it Works

1. After booking your appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment and a link to your meeting page.
2. Complete automated ID verification. (View Instructions)  
3. During your meeting, you will need to show the notary your ID and physically sign your documents on camera.
(Please have your ID ready and your document printed before the meeting.)
4. After the session, ship the physically signed document to the address in your confirmation email.

Examples: Power of Attorney, Single Status Affidavit, Diploma, etc

1. Email your document(s) to authentications@usvirtualnotary.com so that we can double-check it for accuracy.
2. If approved, we will send you an invoice for processing.
3. Once paid, you'll receive a confirmation email an address to ship your physical document.

Examples: Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Divorce Decree, FBI Background Check, etc
