La notarización remota en línea, o RON, es el uso de tecnología audiovisual por parte de un notario público autorizado para completar un acto notarial cuando el firmante no se encuentra en la misma ubicación física que el notario.
Cómo Funciona
1. After booking your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment and a link to your meeting page.
2. Complete automated ID verification. (View Instructions)
3. During your meeting, you will physically sign your documents on camera.
(Please have your document printed before the meeting.)
4. Lastly, scan & upload the signed document using the “Your Uploaded Documents” section of your meeting page.
You’ll receive the notarized document(s) back via email.
Nota(s):** All signers must be within the US during the notarization. **
If you are outside of the states, use our International Notarization option.
All signers must be in the same physical location.
If you have signers in multiple locations, use our Electronic Notarization option.
