Refund Policy


We value the time of our notaries. Therefore, to be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 120 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. If 120 minutes have gone by since your scheduled appointment and we have not heard from, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Customer changed mind about service and requests a refund before the appointment
* Customer no longer requires notarization
* Customer is initially unresponsive but then requests a refund after the 120 minute deadline.

Service Fees
Processing & service fees are non-refundable. These are fees paid to our vendors and payment gateway. Therefore, if you receive a full refund, the cost of the service fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Apostilles
When processing an apostille, it is required that documents pass through one or more county/state departments. While we do everything to account for possible delays, we are not responsible for changes in processing by the government agencies. Therefore, refunds will only be granted for apostilles that have not yet been submitted to the county clerk or department of state.

Shipping
Since we are a virtual service, in most cases, we do not formally offer shipping. Our notarizations are delivered electronically but each notary has discretion on whether or not they are comfortable mailing physical documents. If a notary agrees to ship your documents, we will bill your for the shipping and the fee is non-refundable. We will provide tracking numbers for your package but assume no responsibility for its arrival.
